Tile, Carpet and Pavers (Medium Profile Joint)

The Medium Duty Floor and Heavy Duty Floor Expansion Joints are ideal solutions for installation into tile, carpet and paver floor finishes.  The Medium Duty Floor Joint is ideal for pedestrians and retail service equipment and is our most popular expansion joint cover for retail.  The Heavy Duty Floor Joint is ideal for back of house areas that require a heavier load rating due to motor vehicles and service equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts traversing the joint.

Both expansion joint covers have a 60mm movement range and can be surface mounted or rebated into the ground.  Each expansion joint cover is available with either aluminium or stainless steel cover plates and is also available in a brass anodised finish.  All fixings required for installation are supplied.  A P5 grip rated cover plate is also available ideal for outdoor and wet areas.

The Extra Heavy Duty Expansion Joint is suitable for installation for large expansion joint gaps with a movement range of 120mm.  Recommended for applications consisting of large gap widths and heavy loads.  Available with an aluminium or stainless steel cover plate. Al fixings required for installation are provided.
