A two piece expansion joint system designed to be installed over minimal floor gaps, achieving minimal visual impact to the architectural floor finish.

The Light Duty Floor Joint has been designed for installations where concrete cutting to create a rebate is not permitted, where only a minimal rebate is available.

Designed specifically for the retail industry, the Medium Duty Floor Expansion Joint is able to withstand pedestrian traffic to light vehicle traffic.

The Heavy Duty Floor Expansion Joint comes standard with heavy duty stainless steel cover plates and stainless steel centre bars.

The Extra Heavy Duty Floor Joint accommodates extra large movement ranges of up to 120mm.

Heard Group PNSX™ Polymer Nosing System is a trowel-able epoxy mortar with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance providing a dense, impervious surface. It has been designed and produced specifically for use as a concrete repair system and to create an epoxy nosing on the end of a concrete slab, to prevent the slab from spooling when traversed by heavy vehicles. Ideal for roadways and carparks and as a concrete joint nosing for bridge expansion joints. It can also be used to repair spooled or broken concrete. As an elastomeric product, it will remain bonded to concrete slabs, unlike a cementitious product that will de-bond with thermal movement.

Heard Group Epoxy Adhesive is an elastomeric epoxy bonder that performs as a lubricating adhesive during installation and once cured is a seal bonder with an elastomeric quality.
