A two piece expansion joint system designed to be installed over minimal floor gaps, achieving minimal visual impact to the architectural floor finish.
The Light Duty Floor Joint has been designed for installations where concrete cutting to create a rebate is not permitted, where only a minimal rebate is available.
Designed specifically for the retail industry, the Medium Duty Floor Expansion Joint is able to withstand pedestrian traffic to light vehicle traffic.
The Heavy Duty Floor Expansion Joint comes standard with heavy duty stainless steel cover plates and stainless steel centre bars.
The Extra Heavy Duty Floor Joint accommodates extra large movement ranges of up to 120mm.
With only a cover plate visible, the Carpet Floor Joint is designed to have a minimal visual impact and allows a smooth transition for pedestrians and retail service equipment to traverse in carpet floor applications.
Designed specifically for hospitals to enable trolley wheels to smoothly transition across the joint system. The Hospital Transition Floor Joint’s curved cover plate reduces noise and resistance when trolleys are traversing the joint.
An alternate environmentally sustainable and more ethically sourced way to achieve the luxurious look of a brass finish compared to genuine brass, is The Brass Series.
The Surface Seal 15 and 30 expansion joint has been designed specifically for installation in hospitals, aged care facilities, bathroom amenities and food service area floors, where there is a need to prevent water and contaminates from entering the expansion joint gap and to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Available in two standard sizes, the LFW and the MFW, these wall to floor expansion joints provide a solution where an expansion joint gap runs parallel with a wall or column allowing the continuity of the floor expansion joint systems.
Part of the Polished Concrete Series, the PCS - Light Duty Floor Joint, has been specifically designed for installation into polished concrete floors, after floor polishing has been completed. Able to accomodate movement ranges of up to 60mm the PCS - Light Duty Floor Expansion Joint Cover is available with a choice of 3mm thick heavy duty aluminium cover plates or 4mm thick stainless steel cover plates in either a mirror look finish or a grey sandblasted P5 grip certified finish.
The Polished Concrete Medium Duty Floor Joint, has been specifically designed for installation into polished concrete floors, after floor polishing has been completed.
The Polished Concrete Extra Heavy Duty Floor Joint, has been specifically designed for installation into polished concrete floors, after floor polishing has been completed.
Designed specifically for use where there is a need to lift up an expansion joint for the purpose of a topping slab being installed over a structural slab, such as tile screed or a structural topping slab.

The Wall Panel Joint is an elegant solution designed to cover expansion joint gaps in interior or exterior walls and ceilings. Also available in an angle (corner) wall version for installation into wall corners.

The Extra Heavy Duty Floor Joint accommodates extra large movement ranges of up to 120mm.
The CPSX™ carpark expansion joint system has revolutionised carpark expansion joint installation for both retrofit and new construction offering a sustainable, water tight carpark expansion joint system that is installed flush in the expansion joint gap, departing from traditional metal armoured car park expansion joints that are surface mounted to the carpark deck with fixings.
Heard Group PNSX™ Polymer Nosing System is a trowel-able epoxy mortar with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance providing a dense, impervious surface. It has been designed and produced specifically for use as a concrete repair system and to create an epoxy nosing on the end of a concrete slab, to prevent the slab from spooling when traversed by heavy vehicles. Ideal for roadways and carparks and as a concrete joint nosing for bridge expansion joints. It can also be used to repair spooled or broken concrete. As an elastomeric product, it will remain bonded to concrete slabs, unlike a cementitious product that will de-bond with thermal movement.
Heard Group Epoxy Adhesive is an elastomeric epoxy bonder that performs as a lubricating adhesive during installation and once cured is a seal bonder with an elastomeric quality.
The Heard Group Expansion Joint Water Seal is a preformed cross-linked closed cell foam, specifically formulated to prevent water and debris from penetrating an expansion joint gap.
PROMASEAL® FyreStrip is a highly compressible, flexible, fire resistant expansion strip seal which is used where movement joints are formed in the structure of a building.
