Epoxy Adhesive

Heard Group Epoxy Adhesive is an elastomeric epoxy bonder that performs as a lubricating adhesive during installation and once cured is a seal bonder with an elastomeric quality. It has excellent bond strength in elongation and tension, outperforming structural concrete substrates in bond strength. Designed specifically to adhere to Heard Group’s range of water seals to concrete and ferrous and non ferrous metal (i.e. aluminium and galvanised steel) and substrates. In circumstances where a concrete substrate has been cut back, reducing the cover to the structural steel, this product is ideal to create a 100% water barrier preventing ingress of moisture that may result in the structural steel rusting.

The Heard Group Epoxy Adhesive is provided as a two part kit with Heard Group’s range of water seals. The two part kit is made up of 1 part epoxy (Part A) and 1 part hardener (Part B) with a 1:1 mixing ratio.
