PNSX™ Polymer Nosing

Heard Group PNSX™ Polymer Nosing is a trowel-able epoxy mortar with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance providing a dense, impervious surface.

It has been designed and produced specifically for use as a concrete repair system and to create an epoxy nosing on the end of a concrete slab, to prevent the slab from spooling when traversed by heavy vehicles. Ideal for roadways and carparks and as a concrete joint nosing for bridge expansion joints. It can also be used to repair spooled or broken concrete. As an elastomeric product, it will remain bonded to concrete slabs, unlike a cementitious product that will de-bond with thermal movement. PNSX™ has been tested to Australian standards by a NATA certified laboratory.

Provided as a three piece kit made up of 1 part epoxy (Part A), 1 part hardener (Part B) and aggregate (Part C).
